I need at LEAST 1000W, with 8 6 pin PCI-E slots. (or two really good priced 500W PSU with 4 6 pin PCI-E slots, if this option is cheaper, i'll go with that instead)

If you can suggest a good PSU that will definitely power these for under around 130, that would be great. I also need a good powered USB hub that has about 20-30 USB ports as i'm planning on expanding later on.
The only thing i need to power this rig is 8 6 pin PCI-E's, so if theres a really cheap PSU or something like that that can do just the things i need with no extras, i'm all for that.
