I tried installing my graphics card in my computer, I have a pegatron carmel 2 motherboard and evga 500 watt bronze certified power supply. I've been told it should work, but it just freezes on the blue hp screen saying to press esc to go to the startup screen. Please help. Can someone suggest me different graphics card that will work?

it should since the 750 is powered by the pci 16x i would get one that has external power just in case
