Best 3.5mm Headset?

I've been looking all over the place for a good headset with a mic. I'm gonna end up with the Maximus VII Formula, which will have (my opinion) the best integrated sound to (future) date. As such, I'd like to make use of that with a 3.5mm headset + mic instead of a USB. Any recommendations?

I recommend the Razer Tiamat 7.1 channel or the Sennheiser PC 363D 7.1 channel headset.
