I'm currently working on a paper for school in which I am showing how WEP security is pretty much worthless compared to WPA-PSK2. I am showing the routes of how you could go about hacking into both (not going to actually show provided information in presentation). But, when I am trying to do a command line of "aireplay-ng -1 0 -e XXXX -a --:--:--:--:--:-- -h --:--:--:--:--:-- 127.0.0.1:666" I am getting the response of:
"Connecting to 127.0.0.1 port 666...
Connection successful
The interface MAC (--:--:--:--:--:--) doesn't match the specified MAC (-h) ifconfig 127.0.0.1:666 hw ether --:--:--:--:--:--
00:11:25 Waiting for beacon frame (ESSID: xxxx) on channel 1

Any idea on where I can go from here to get past this and onto the next steps?
