I'm not 100% sure about how natural this is, but Ive noticed my CPU has been having these constant dips and spikes on my meter. This might simply be a coincidence, but these abnormalities usually correlate to my computer freezing up for close to a minute at a time, or causing major frame rate issues in various games. I notice it happening frequently throughout my prolonged hours of computer usage, occurring from start up to shutdown.

Is it normal for my CPU to have these kinds of dips? If not, is there any way to solve this problem or is it a defective product that should be returned? (It was purchased close to 5 months ago and did not show these kinds of spikes before)
