PSU for multiple hard drives

Just need a little clarification, will almost any psu support at least two hard drives? (SSD and HDD)
Like I'm talking about cable wise. Or will I need to get an extra cable for the second drive?

Yes. You can easily run two drives on 170W psu.

Easily.
My TR2 700w which mind you is a tier 5 PSU, has 8 SATA connectors. This means up to 8 drives if I dont have any optical drives.

Some OEM, looking at you HP, only have the cables for the original configuration. If you are buying a separate PSU, then it will definitely have enough for 2 HDDs.

Without a doubt. My Corsair CX600M came with power connections for 6 SATA drives and a few molex 4-pins. You don't really have to worry about a thing with your PSU at all unless you have a power-hungry CPU or any sizeable video card.
