So I have just purchased a new HD 7970
it arrived to i was all excited then realised I am in need of a 6pin pci aswell it came with a 6-8pin converter so i need to buy a 6 pin to run from my psu what pci should i get for it?

I'm still quite new to modifying my PC

i5-3570K
ASUS P8B75-M
8 Gb Kingston HyperX
650w PSU
AMD Radeon HD 7800 1Gb upgrading to HD 7970 3gb

Sorry, its a Masters 650, Model no ATX 650

There are 4 empty sata/usb ports on the PSU can i run a pci from one of them?

I want to know what Cables i need to purchase please

Ok sorry I will clarify, the PCI running from my PSU is a 6 and 2 pin. My new GPU needs a 8 pin & a 6 pin,

yeah like that one though i think the other end needs to be one long connection
