I can't install new version of graphics driver.
When I install driver, it asks me to restart my PC, when i restart it, my screen freezes and i can't see anything. Computer is working normally but screen isn't showing anything.
Then I use system restore to use old version of driver again, but I can't play games with old driver. When I try to play games, windows shuts down. It says: Windows has recovered an unexpected shutdown

Solution
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

Hmmm it's a bit of a longshot but can you try attaching your screen to different ports on your video card.

or alternatively:

start your pc as normal, you'll have nothing on the screen.
Fill in your password and press enter. your HDD led should be going crazy, wait a minute for it to settle
Then, when your PC has fully booted, press windows key+P twice, and then press enter

The thing I'm suspecting is that it currently uses a different port for the video output than the one you've attached your screen to, but that should be fixable by changing the screen source.

Try and attach your screen to different ports on your video card.
