I would like to light overclock i5-4690K (to 4.2 Ghz).
Which board will have better cooled mosfets?
Or there is no difference?

Z97MX-Gaming 5 is about 17€ more expensive.

Thanks.

The second one (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...) has
SATA Express support for 10 Gb/s data transfer
M.2 for SSDs drives with up to 10 Gb/s data transfer
And some better audio. But basically the second is a little bit faster since it supports 10 Gb/s vs. 6 Gb/s.

G1.Sniper H6 is for 91,20€
Z97MX-Gaming 5 is for 111,20€

But I'm not looking much on things like SATA Express or M2.
Audio have both the same.

I would like to know, which cascade will be better cooled, or the same cooled?

I'm not much into heavy OC.

What is a cascade?

The H6 is for non overclocking cpu's. What cpu do you want to use?

I would like to use i5-4690K and overclock it on max. frequency without voltage tweaking.
The H6 have ability to overclock the CPU with the newest BIOS.
Cascade, I mean Voltage regulator - phases.
Which one would have it better cooled?

first option is H97 - poor for overclocking and not meant for it. Easily the second option as it is Z97 - designed for 'k" processors overclocking.

get the Z97MX Though it is micro ATX, but a far better option for you.

With overclocking unless it is a UEFI BIOS, to OC to max you have to change the voltages.

I dont want to do a heavy OC, only light max. to 4.2 GHz.
H97 could have same overclocking abilities with the latest BIOS.
Maybe I can save some money when I will buy H6 board to better cooler.

But I dont know how about phases cooling on both.

it doesn't leave you with much, and it isn't designed for it.

Go for the Z97 motherboard, which is designed for it.

the cooling is fine on both, nothing really to worry about but what is, is more about your CPU cooler cooling that is cooling your CPU.

OK.
And do you think phases will be not too much hot?
How advantage have 8-phases instead of 4-phases?

phases won't, the clock speed and voltages will determine how hot your CPU gets. Simply, 8 phase is much better for any sort of overclock to a "k" processor than a 4 phase.

Why are 8-phases better?

Why are 8-phases better?

That'll explain what it is, and why.

they are both going to be similar in OC performance, but the Sniper is ATX form factor, which appeals to most people better. I would opt that the G1.Sniper Z6 is the better choice for you.

The GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 has an extra heatsink on the top but that won't offer you much.

Yes, the Z97MX-Gaming 5 have phases divided onto two coolers.
It don't affect mosfets temps much?

no, it comes down to what size motherboard you prefer, and heat from the motherboard is not even worth worrying about. Worry about the CPU and graphics card temps more if you overclock them.
