you also have some questionable drivers installed.
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\ctac32k.sys Wed Jul 02 01:38:22 2008
pretty old. I would remove it.

lots of suspect drivers that could be corrupting others driver's kernel data.

some of the old sound drivers might cause a problem with the sound support in the AMD graphics card.
I would use control panel to disable the sound support driver I was not using.
