Having problems booting up the system.

I built a brand new pc everything new 8gb ram new hard drives i have 650gb for my files and 130gb for installing windows only. but when i boot my pc it all turns on fans work led light on my fan turns on but when i look at the screen is black. i tryed everything but only 1 thing i havent tryed is chaning BIOS battery ? maybe thats the problem ? please do help me
MY SPECS ARE:
Case : AvP Defender 100 Mesh Front Mini Tower Case for PC - Black
CPU: AMD APU A6 6400K Black Edition Quad Core Processor 3.9GHz, 1MB, 65W.
Motherboard:msi military class 4
Ram:Corsair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL9 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Module Black
Hard Drive: Kingston Technology 120GB Solid State Drive 2.5-inch V300 SATA 3 and 650gb

if you have a graphics card take it out put it back in make sure it is in correct put the cables in also make sure they are in good if that doesn't work try another pci slot if you have it.

the other thing you can try is take your ram and try all ram slots with it

no beeps no nothing fans running the led light on my case running hard drive running, everyhting running just wont show up on screen. i tryed Grapic cards and with out no respomce tryed changing ram no response

done it 100 times no response i know there is some action on the screen because when i turn the pc off the screen goes back to sayin no cable input

That means so far, your PSU, is fine.
Try running memtest x86 to check if your RAM is the problem

Oh yeah. forgot about that. sorry...
Don't use converters if you use any (something like DVI to VGA converter)
Make sure the display cable works.
Try borrowing a friend's ram and see if your computer boot

Yes, the fans will spin even if the motherboard is dead.
It is the most likely since we established that Ram, GPu, Harddrive or cable is the problem.
Have you ever successfully booted this build? Or it just fails after you completed building it?
Have you tested the CPU?

Yes, send it back to manufacturer.
If you still have the same problem, then it might be the processor. Because AMD processors are more fragile than intel's

Yeah try that.
But before you have to pay to have someone check it for you, try checking your CPU. See if there's any bent/broken pin.
