I have recently purchased a laptop for my partner for her birthday. I set the laptop up completely for her so all she has to do is switch the laptop on and go ahead using it. However due to complications the laptop is no longer going to her.
Is there a way that I can reset the whole set-up process without wiping the laptop clean (as don't feel comfortable doing this and don't want to break a brand new laptop).
