How do i lower ping

Ping is the speed (in ms) that represents the time it takes to the computer to communicate to the server(give information) and to receive returning information(just a simple explanation). It's lowered by closing internet related programs (such as Skype,uTorrent,iTunes,Opera etc.) Noraml pings differ. The ping rises when the host is far from you (sometimes it can increase to 400ms). 20ms-100ms is good, anything above 200ms is too much in my case, so yeah, just close user processes that use Internet.
