Computer Upgrade for 600$

I currently have 16gb of ram, an i5, gtx 660 at stock clock and a samsung 840 evo what would be the best upgrade I could do? another gtx 660? i7 4790k? Another 840 evo in raid 0? RAID card?

Before you go get another gtx 660 make sure that your motherboard supports SLI and that you have a power supply with sufficient capacity to supply 2 gtx 660s (probably around 750w from a good quality power supply is needed). What power supply do you have now.

Also what CPU model do you have now? is it an i5 4670k?

What model/brand is that PSU? Some power supplies state a certain wattage but do not output it in the right places (need the power on the 12v rail for the mobo and GPU).
