My computer will not boot

So when I turn on my computer all the fans come on and gpu gets warm like normal and cpu gets hot like normal and I checked my wattage and I'm at 465 under 90% load with a 500w psu and I've replaced all of my components except my ram and my hdd sou d's like it's working because I can here it spinning but besides that I turn on my pc no boot up just a blank black screen and I can just hit the power button like normal I have to hold it for like 5 Seconds and then it turns off and then I have to unplug it and re plug it in but when I plug it back in and hit the piwer switch the computer just turns on with out me even hitting the power button yet so any thoughts and here are my specs

Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 rev 4 motherboard
Gtx 580 1.5gb
Amd fx 8350 8 core 4ghz processor
Apevia 500w power supply
Water cooling system
Gskill 4gb ddr3 1600 ram
Seagate 500 gb 7200 rpm hdd
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Ive had similar problem this morning.

Ive put almost whole pc apart and get it back and still the same problem.. then i realised something and pressed clear cmos button on mobos backplate and everything started up normally again.

No idea why it did that in a first place but give it a try i hope it helps
