I put my computer together, I have everything put together correctly (or I think so, at least), and when I turn it on, the CPU fan doesn't spin, but the lights on my graphics card turn on and the light on my motherboard is solid green. The disk drive, when I press the button, won't open, and when I plug my computer into my monitor, nothing comes on the display.
