suggest me a psu

Cpu : core i5 4440
Gpu : R9 270
Motherboard : gigabyte h87m d3h
Please suggest me a good psu for this combo..(INR < 3000)
I ll be buying in snapdeal or flipkart only..
I already picked this one,

You limited yourself to two stores and to INR 3000, which pretty much gives the PSU you listed as the only possible theoretical solution. And yes, there are better ones out there (XFX Core 550W for example), but they are either not available at all in these two shops or are more expensive.
