WIN 8 booting loop (toshiba sceen)

OK so i did a whoops i ran a mal war search and Ur found about 1034 programs i looked at a few which was malware and deleted them all! Then .mp4's started playing like MP3s and no game would work so i assumed GPU problem and try to reinstall driver with error your device does not support this driver -_- last shot i did a system restore and now it loads the Toshiba leading innovation logo then goes to the BSOD CRITICAL SERVICE FAILED then repeats and i can't use F8 or shift f8 and i need to keep all my files! Please help!

Have you tried turning the unit on whilst pressing 0 and this will luanch hdd recovery press yes and then it will send you to the Windows Advanced Boot Menu and select Refresh. Refresh will only reset all Windows Files and will most proberly sort your issue out whist all your data and programs in tact. This will reset all the apps though but you an re download them.

Even with the windows 8.1 installation disc it didn't help so i guess Toshiba satealite C850's cant actually boot from DVD however before the BSOD it does seem to be delayed anything more?
