Need help with Windows XP computer!!!! The screen has a blue tint to it, I have no clue what's going on!!

One day I woke up and turned on my Windows XP computer and noticed that my screen had a blue tint to it. It huts my eyes and it looks strange. I've searched the web for a solution to the problem but nothing is working. I did not move or touch or fix anything the day before this happened, I am pretty sure it wasn't something I did. I literally JUST got this computer - it was working perfectly fine a couple days ago, but two days after I got it I turned it on and it was blue. I have no idea what happened!?! If someone could help me out I would REALLY appreciate it!! Thanks.

As Novuake suggests, this could be an issue with the cable going to your monitor. It may also be the monitor itself, or the video card. Did you build this PC yourself, or buy it? If you just bought it, you should be able to obtain warranty service if one of those three pieces is defective.
