I woke up this morning and turned on my pc to see that it would just stay stuck on the bios screen that shows before windows launches. I would continuosly stay stuck on this and would not launch windows. I could also see that my keyboard and speakers were flashing there lights sometimes as if they were trying to turn on but they couldnt. After turning the power off and on about 6 times normally on the 7th try the PC actually goes past the bios screen and launches windows just as normal. I can still play my PC as normal but obviously its kinda annoying I have to restart it 5 or 6 times. Would System restore do the trick??

What is the make and model of the PC? Are you able to get into BIOS once the screen is stuck at the BIOS screen by pressing F2 or F12 depending on what actually gets you into BIOS? I have never seen a light indicator for a speaker, so double check to see what the light is. Normally lights flashing indicate the codes you use to diagnose if there is a hardware problem, for example, hard drive light is solid, wireless light is blinking, and the number of blinks and the time between them and whether they are short blinks or long blinks will help. Please provide more info and will help out as best as possible.

So the lights blink without it shutting down it just hangs with the lights blinking? The speakers are being powered by USB I take from your post. The keyboard lights also are blinking? Do you notice any other noises like CPU fans not spinning up or anything like that? What power supply are you running? If you unplug your speakers (if they are powered by USB) does the keyboard still blink lights on and off? Check your ports, sometimes if you have Mouse / keyboard / speakers plugged into USB 3.0 ports it could cause issues.

You have to start somewhere to isolate what may be causing the issue. Have you tried physically unplugging the power from your computer for 30 seconds and plugging it back in and turning on the PC?
