Can't open Google

I can not open Google, Netflix, Store or anything on my HP 2000 laptop. And internet is connected. Can anyone help me please?

First, check your Wi-Fi. Even though you're connected, there might be an error. Reset your laptop and turn on/off your Wi-Fi card. If that doesn't work, check that your modem is nicely connected and that you can use the same Wi-Fi from another device. Also check your firewall. If that doesn't work, maybe it's the crad that has a defect.
