Strangest problem of all time:

I have a RAID0 partition that I've been using for over 2 years. One day it just vanished and I lost everything. Rebooted and on bootup my Raid drivers showed the disk had an error. Fast forward to now and this has happened maybe a dozen times now, with less time in between each occurrence (it's becoming more frequent).

Since this first happened I have replaced my PSU, GPU, SATA cables, SATA ports used on the Mobo, and the hard drives themselves, and this is still happening. I've updated my raid drivers and formatted over a dozen times. Strangest thing is that I can just format the drive and voila, it shows up again.

I have a C: drive with just windows and other Misc. files on a SSD, and a D: drive that is the RAID0 partition. At this point I'm wondering if this is my SSD/Master boot file or if its the Mobo itself?

UPDATE: Forgot to mention that I have a Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 mobo.

is this a RAID through the motherboard drivers or software from Windows? If you've replaced the HD's then its not that. Im thinking it's pointing towards your MOBO as being the problem. Try flashing the MOBO with the most up to date BIOS.
