Cooler for Sapphire 7870 Dual X

Hi, I have 7870 from Sapphire, Dual X GHz Edition and it runs sometimes loud and in unigine valley at 75 C. So I am thinking about two options, Acellero Twin Turbo 2 or Gelid Icy Vision Rev 2, the price is same. Which one should I pick?

I'd say it's not much louder than similar setups (though surely louder than a water system, like the KrakenG10+H55 in my system). It's fairly quiet at even 100% fan usage.

As for cooling, it kept my r9 290 in the 60s, usually. So it should keep that card much cooler.

I recommend the Gelid Icy 2. I've used it on even an r9 290 and it works well (now I use a Kraken G10, but kept my Gelid r9 290-specific VRM heatsinks).
