Hello users of the forum, I am looking to build a $700 gaming pc to play games like skyrim, bioshock infinite, far cry 3, dota 2, gmod, portal 2, total war Rome, and tf2. I will also be recording these games and be doing some minor to moderate video editing as well. I'm interested in the r9 270, and would like to overclock the card and I'm also interested in an i5 processor, as well as a caviar black and 500w psu. I will need a windows license key as well, and a basic keyboard. Thank you for all the feedback!

Solution
ok, trimmed for a copy of windows 7:
a) keep 8 core cpu, drop to a 270X
