Computer for gaming / streaming - Is this ok?

Looking to buy a computer for gaming / streaming,

This is what I have come up with after looking at a few others, but really I don't even know if all this is any good for what I want and so I look for your criticisms

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight Core CPU (4.00GHz/8mb CACHE/AM3+)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 (DD3, USB3.0, 6Gb/s)
Memory: 16gb KINGSTON HYPPER-X FURY DUEL-DDR3 1600MHz (2x8GB)
Storage: 2TB WD2003FZEX SATA 6Gb/s 64MB CACHE / 120GB KINGSTON HYPERX 3K SSD SATA 6Gb/s
Video Card: 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 770 - 2DVI, HDMI, DP -3D Vision Ready
Case: Coolermaster Cosmos SE Gaming Tower (windowed)
Power Supply: CORSAIR 750W RM SERIES MODULAR 80 PLUS
Cooling: Corsair H60 Hydro Series CPU Cooler, 2 x 12cm Case Fans rear/roof
Optical Drive: 24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER +R/+RW/RAM
SoundCard: Onboard 8 Channel (7.1) High Def Audio
Operating System: 8.1 64 bit Windows
Extras: Internal 52 in 1 Card Reader, Extra 2 port USB 3.0 Internal PCI-E Card and NZXT Sentry 2 Fan Controller
Total: £1,275.00 inc Vat (pcspecialist)

Leaving me £325.00 (maybe £415.00) for Mouse, Keyboard, Headset and 2 / 3 monitors if compatible.

If I have missed anything out please let me know, I look forward to your opinions on possible changes.

That processor will handle gaming and streaming very well, especially compared to a quad core. The PSU is of good quality, and will support the rig with no problem. Only future problem I see is with the motherboard, which isn't exactly an overclocker's board. But, if that's not what you plan to do with it, then that's no problem. If that is a problem, try for a Gigabyte UD3 (or 5) 990FX.

1.What would you do with 16gigs of ram? You wouldn't be editing,right? 8 gigs is enough.
2.At what res. would you be playing,1440p or 1600p? If not, if it's a 1080p monitor then a 770 2GB is more than enough. Even a 2GB is recommended for 1600P.

ohh..i forgot to mention,the RM is too expensive and is an overkill. You won't need that much huge of a PSU. Get the CS650M instead. And the board isn't simply meant for O.C ing, H60 wouldn't be agood choice for that board,go with air cooling rather than liquid cooling.
