GPU runs but will not display anything

I have built my computer and everything appears to be working. however, the gpu is not displaying anything on the monitor. The GPU looks like its working but no display.
CPU AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
MSI GeForce GTX 760 4GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
EVGA SuperNOVA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

whats your specs is it an intel cpu

CPU is a AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor

clear the clos and then make sure the monitor is on before you turn on the system

look in the manual it will explain how to do it also which slots are your ram in

They where in the blue slots and i read more peoples posts and did what they where saying and moved them to the other slot (white) and still got the same outcome

could you pull the card and reseat it also can you put the gpu in another pc to try it

i tried resetting it. still not working,and this is the only pc i have

I do not. I guess ill just have to take it to a shop i guess maybe i can get it working then. Thanks for the help though.

probably best you really have two things it could be try taking the entire motherboard out and starting it with the motherboard outside the case this will tell you if there is a grounding problem(most likely)
otherwise card is bad(less likely)
