The out the box overclock will give the Asus card a slight advantage with a few more FPS.

You can overclock the Vapor-X yourself to possibly match it or exceed it, and the Asus card has some OC headroom.

If your not interested in overclocking yourself get the ASUS. Otherwise decide on price or the one you like the look of better etc...
