Okay, I am on very low budget ( near 300) now and want buy fx8350. And have a big plans about gtx780ti in distant future. But i have m5a97 rev1.0 mobo and dont wanna change her. That board work perfect in +50C environment temperature. So, will this combo work with fx8350 overclocking or i am little insane and must buy another mobo first and after that fx8350 with gpu ?

Sorry for my horrible english.

Seems fine, aside from the motherboard. That motherboard isn't a very good overclocker, and you'll be hurting when you're trying to push that 5.0ghz down the line. I've used two of the same boards in two builds, and neither can OC very well (same with the MSI g46). The boards can barely handle the 125w 8350, let alone OC very well with it.

I'd go for a Gigabyte UD3 990FX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-128-514

Great for overclocking, high quality, and it's even rated to handle the most modern AMD 225w CPU's for when you wish to upgrade.

Thank for mobo example.
I think about pushing to 4.7ghz or even 4.5ghz. 5ghz with +50C kill my rig and burn my home)

I literally lol'd right then. Thank you for that last bit. Yeah, you might be able to push 4.7ghz on your current board, and I'm sure you can, but the question furthermore is for how long? For 24/7 usage, I wouldn't recommend anything beyond stock on your current board.
