Hi all, I've been changing several components to my PC these days but since I had a old GPU since now I''ve several doubts about 8 pci-e pins and PSU requirements.
The new setup need to sustain a R9 280X TOXIC (not planning to crossfire any time soon so dont consider the CF), FX-8350 CPU and 1/2 HDD SATA3.

Will a HX 850 Corsair GOLD+ has enough power? Does it have enough connectors for everything? What else would you recommand if not this PSU? :)

Solution
Corsair HX-850 has 6x 6+2 PCIE connectors

You can run a single R9 280X Toxic on a 650W with ample power remaining e.g

Seasonic G-Series 650W (4x PCIE): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr650rm
CoolerMaster VS 650W (2x PCIE): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-power-supply-rs650amaag1

EVGA Supernova G2 750W(4x PCIE): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr

EVGA Supernova G2 850W(6x PCIE): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20850xr

Yes it will be enough power. Too much power.
Post your full specs, you can just enter them into PCpartpicker and it will give you a recommended wattage, get something about 100w-200w above what it recommends.

that psu will be more than powerful enough, a good 600watt supply would be more than enough for your build. i have a xfx850watt power supply and i run a r9 290 tri-x off that, and mines overkill. save some cash and get a smaller power supply, but dont get a corsair, try a seasonic or a xfx, there made to last and perform alot better.
