Hello here is my system:

CPU: i5-4670k @ stock (Gonna OC to 4.2-4.3 while on air, and hopefully 4.7-4.8 while on WC)
MOBO: ASRock z97 Extreme4
GPU: Sapphire R9-290 OC Tri-x

I dont think the rest of the system is important for this part.

Ok here are the parts I am planning on getting (if you know of a better part please suggest it):

Pump: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2128/ex-pmp-27/Swiftech_MCP655-B_12v_Water_Pump_w_38_Conversion_Kit_317_GPH.html

Res: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/9576/ex-res-157/Bitspower_Water_Tank_Z-Multi_250_Inline_Reservoir_BP-WTZM250P-BK.html?tl=g30c97s166

CPU Block: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14186/ex-blc-971/XSPC_RayStorm_High_Performance_Acetal_CPU_Liquid_Cooling_Block_-_Intel_Sockets_LGA_115x_1366_2011.html?tl=g30c85

GPU Block: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/23127/ex-blc-1665/Aquacomputer_Kryographics_Hawaii_Radeon_R9_290X_Full_Coverage_Liquid_Cooling_Block_-_Copper_Black_Acrylic_Edition_23588.html?tl=g30c87s143

I was thinking I would need 10 fittings (2 for cpu, 2 for gpu, 2 for rad, 2 for res, and 2 for pump) is that correct? If you see anything wrong with it (e.g. too small res, to weak pump, vice versa, etc.)

OR if you have any suggestions for a better part let me know please.

i would add another 240rad to keep everything cool expecially since your oveclocking and you have a r9 290 this is the way i would run it also. Res, Pump, 360mmrad, CPU, 240mmrad, GPU, then back to the res. also your going to need extra fitting like 45 degree and possibley 90degree fitting to keep the tubing from bending and keeping it on you blocks better so you do have leaks

Yeah just overclocked my i5-4670k to 4.4ghz at 1.19v. max temp of 80 avg of 60 on IBT not to bad if you ask me pretty low voltage for a full 1ghz OC lower than stock voltage actually for some reason
