installed new vga, power supply, and ram computer wont boot

Just like the title and now my computer wont boot at all. Even after I tried to change the psu to the original, change the ram, and unplug the vga my computer wont boot. Tried several trick in this forum and still not working, like unplug everything and plug again according to the order, change the ram, etc. Does anyone know the prob? Im actually desperate right now. Somebody, please help?

    mainly i think its a dead motherboard .....if you psu is fine then...
  2. What are the complete system specs? We'll have to treat this like a new build and start with our standard troubleshooting checklist. Perform all the steps in the checklist and let us know how it goes. There's a link to the checklist in my signature.
