I thing my rig is not weak but i COD still jaming when playin. Is it posible that my pc is weak for that or this game has the worst optimalisation ever that even one of the most powerfull 780 ti currently on the market is not able to provides smooth performance in this game? I am playing 1080.

I can play constantly over 60fps@1080p with an Intel i5-4670, an Asus R9 290x DirectCU II OC and 8gb (2x4gb 1600mhz CL9) in RAM. The game is maxed out except for fur physx.

Are drivers up to date? Did you switch graphics recently (from amd to Nvidia perhaps)?
