Its crap. dont buy one of these prebuilt budget "gaming pc" give us your budget and we will compile it for you.

Building a computer is easy. its like 6 parts and it only goes together 1 way. A child can do it. everyone here will highly recomend going that route as it is not only much cheaper but you will get a much better machine.

That will probably run medium... But if you're willing to, you can always build your own and were always here to help.
Here's a build if you ever decide to. According to this thread: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.p... you should be able to max it. It's an APU, CPU with integrated graphics so I didn't out a discrete graphics card:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NZqyt6
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NZqyt6/by_merchant/

CPU: AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($149.99 @ Newegg)

Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case ($33.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ OutletPC)

[PCPartPicker part list](http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rHJH7P) / [Price breakdown by merchant](http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rHJH7P/by_merchant/)

This will play all game on medium to high settings for the next several years. I also left plenty of room for expansion. the psu is big enough you can always upgrade your GPU. there is room for more ram and your cpu will be more than sufficient for quite a while

EDIT: the above pc has graphics built in. i would not recommend going that route. they perform like crap and there is little to no way to upgrade when it becomes obsolete. Yeah it might play LoL fine but most games it will not run well at all.

I think you will be able to play at higher settings with this build:

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R7 260X 1GB Core Edition Video Card ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($24.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit) ($95.98 @ OutletPC)

No you don't need a graphics card if t comes with integrated graphics. Id read the thread I linked you. Someone in has the same APU I out int the build and they're maxing out LoL at 720p. If your playing 1080p you'll probably be fine at very high

I was doing some research on the video card and I wanted to know if the GeForce GTX 750 Ti is better then the GeForce GTX 750 Ti TWN FROZR, I don't know if the TWIN FROZR version has better performance because it keeps it cooler or what. It would really help if I knew which one was better before I buy it.

sorry to keep bothering you, like I said before I am new to this, with this build do I need to buy a cpu cooler or will the parts I buy come with one?

OH its fine. sorry for the late reply. it will come with the cooler. that is everything you will need minus a optical drive. they are like $10 though and most people have one lying around so i dont include it. the cables and such will come with the parts also so you dont need to worry about any of that.
