I just finished building my build and wanted to know what it could play at ultra/max settings and what fps it could play it at. Also how would it rate against other PC's (what is it lacking?).

SPECS:

CPU:Intel i5 2500k overclocked @ 4.2ghz at 1.35V

GPU: Asus DirectCU II GTX 770 OC and then I overclocked it @ 1260ghz and 8000ghz memory clocked

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600W

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

RAM: Kingston HyperX Red 16GB (8GB x 2) DDR3-1600MHz

SSD: Intel 330 series 60GB

HDD: 500GB Western Digital and 600GB Western Digital

More about : built build good play

"Thermaltake TR2 600W" return it if possible it is a very very poor power supply. They are system killers. The cpu and motherboard are a couple generations behind. But not bad.

Sorry for not adding the gpu, but now it is updated. Also I had asked the guy at store if the TR2 600W was good and he said yes it should be able to handle everything and so far it can.

it should play everything at max. Yeah the guy trying to sell it to you told you it was good.... I would just get a quality psu other than that it looks good always get a tier 1 or 2 psu

Also its weird you did a new build with a old CPU. it is still a relevant processor however and should do just fine.

Well the sales man is either an idiot or majorly misinformed. The TR2 series is Tier 5.

I have personally seen them take out video cards, motherboards, etc. Hell with a TR2 anything attached to the PSU is fair game for a good frying.

My god I did not know all this, and oh btw these parts were bought very long ago (2011) except for the video card that i had just bought to finish the build. I had bought these all very slow since i did not have the money and once i had the money i didnt have the time to build it yet. After 3 years of holding the parts in the box, I finally went out and bought the gtx 770 and built it all together.
