i have a radion hd7470 graphics card and i have it hooked up via hdmi to my monitor and the native resolution is 1920x1080 but when its selected there is a 1 inch black bar around everything(cant mouse over it) i tried going into catalyst control center and going under my digital flat panels but i cant find it anywhere all i have is desktop and displays, performace, and power please help!
