no wifi connection on mobile while laptop is connected

as I mentioned I can not connect to the internet via wifi connection on my mobile phone (android) at home while it is possible in the case of my laptop and I can easily connect my mobile phone when I am at work.
it is not just my phone, we can not have internet connection on other cell phones as well !
but there is no problem for my pc or laptop
what should I do???????

please help me !!!! :(((((

Modem : D-link DSL-2730U
I think theres sth wrong with the ISP

On your phone go into your wifi settings and where it lists your networks, press and hold on your home network and select forget. Then try to reconnect with the correct password.

Your home network, is it wireless g or wireless n? Also what is the model of your mobile phone (and carrier as well).

Forget didnt work.
it is wireless N
the mobile phone is htc cha cha, but I think theres nothing wrong with the mobile phone, because the other phone cant be connected as well

I meant I have wifi signal at home and I can connect to the internet via my laptop but it is not the same for the smartphones. Dont you think it may be the ISP's fault?

No, unless the ISP has a device limit then in this case it is not the fault of the ISP.

If no devices had connection then yes it could be the ISP.

Are you using WEP or WPA security on your wifi?

Go into wifi settings on the phone, press and hold on your home wifi network and select forget. Now turn off wifi and turn it back on on the phone and reselect your wifi and tell me what each prompt says.

Security type is WPA
by that solution you mean forget, then turn off wifi, turn on wifi and reconnect ??? [IT DOES NOT WORK !!]
theres another problem that is not related to the net problem, when I go to gallery the SD card is removed!!!
