You need to change the CPU. That one is designed for low budget builds with no GPU.
Change it to an fx8320 and a 970 chipset motherboard.

You should consider getting a r9 290 with a decent cooler over the gtx 770 4gb. The r9 290 is a stronger card.
As for the system itself, what tiny voices said and also get a 64 bit version of windows. A 32 bit limits the RAM to 4gb usable. Your build shows you're planning on getting 8gb.
You should consider maybe getting a higher quality PSU, like a XFX 650w or something.
