Phenom II X6 1100T Fan running fast and hot

I am running a Phenom II X6 1100T with what I believe to be the stock cooler. It's running quite hot, even on idle and the fan is running at about 5200 RPM. I am also running a GTX 580 which is also running quite hot.

The CPU is running around 47-52 while idle, but while playing a game such as CS:GO or Garry's Mod, it will skyrocket to 60-75. It had been running quite loudly, so I decided to download SpeedFan and take a look at the temperatures. Please help me configure SpeedFan, or tell me what I need to do to quiet/cool the proccesor. Thanks for your help in advance :)

Those are quite exceptionally high temps. Especially when you consider those games won't be stressing things all that much.
You'll need to either, replace the thermal paste on the heatsink, or, invest in an aftermarket one.

If you're not overclocking then you won't need to spend all that much on a different heatsink. Most of the time they will also come with thermal compound pre-applied, but you will still need to properly clean off the old stuff.

Since you say your 580 is running quite warm also, you may want to look in to improving your case airflow. Probably one of the cheapest upgrades you can do is just adding a few more fans and/or better case fans if your chassis supports them.
It's also summer, so temps are likely to be a few degrees higher, being around the 50c mark at idle though is incredibly high - You won't want to go over 62c under full load (That'll mean a Stress Test) on an AMD chip.

You might also need to clean out any dust bunnies that the system has accumulated if you haven't been keeping up with regular maintenance of your machine.

Even the best cpu, hsf won't cool your processor if the case can't draw in enough cool air and expel the hot air.
