Help Changing Around Windows 8

I really want to customize the windows 8 welcome screen(where you have to put in the password) does anyone know any programs that can change that around. For example I want it to say welcome back, what's your password, ect. Does anyone know of some way I can try to make this possible!

The company that made WindowsBlinds had a program that worked with WinXP through Windows 7, don't know if it will work with 8, or if they have a new one that will, but it would do just that. Logon Studio it is called. Do a search, perhaps there is a Windows 8 version.

They also had a program that would allow you to change what you see while the computer is booting, but mine boots so fast I've never bothered to try that, since my desktop is up in under 5 seconds now.
