Computer restarting before windows load screen

I recently bought this computer from someone on craigslist. When I turn my computer on T-series flashes and then the computer restarts and the T-series flashes again. These are my specs
Intel Core i5-2500k Sand Bridge Quad 3.3GHz
Biostar TZ68A+ LGA 1155 Intel Z68 ATX Motherboard (USB 3.0)
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB PCI-E Video Card
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500W Power supply
Cooler Master HAF 912 High Flow Mid Tower Case
Rosewill RNX-G300LX IEEE 802.11b/g PCI Wireless Adapter

Please help! Much appreciated.
(Note: I upgraded the hd as soon as I bought it and I don't have the specs. Also note that I don't have an optical drive.)

Try reinstalling Windows 7. You can create a bootable pen drive using (Rufus - http://rufus.akeo.ie ) and install windows 7. Also You'll need a bootable .iso which you can find here------> https://kickass.to/windows-7-all-in-one-pre-activated-excellent-t7661549.html

1. download both rufus and bootable .iso
2. follow the instructions on rufus
3. in bios change first boot device to usb drive
4. format your system drive and install windows in the same drive
5. follow the steps during installation
6. done.

yes it worked after I bought it. But it was buggy and I took it to a friend of mine for him to help me restore it. I think its a cracked version of windows on the machine.

I left the computer for a few hours to download some stuff and when I came back it was off. The first couple of times I tried to turn it on it gave me a change in hardware error and told me to recover windows. I don't have an optical drive so I couldn't do that. Now all I get is the repeating screen.
