I3-4130 vs A10-5800k vs G3220 w/ R7-240

Solution
Unless you already have it, I wouldn't buy an r7-240 as a stop-gap as you save up for a better card.

The i3-4130 is definitely the best of those 3 processors, and still allows you to upgrade to an i5 down the road. (Though I would argue that you should be switching sockets by the time you need an upgrade)

My advice: Get the i3 and survive on its integrated GPU until you can afford a good graphics card, like the 750ti/260x/270 and similar cards.
The i3 has Intel HD 4400 integrated, and while it is by no stretch of the imagination good, you'll be able to get a good video card faster if you don't spend money on the r7-240. The integrated Intel will be enough to get by if you drop graphics settings across the board.
none of those will bottleneck that. the r9 270 is around the price of a gtx 750ti and is just as powerful. the r7 240 is a weak card that shouldnt be bought. i would suggest you save like 20-50$ more and get the r9 270. the i3 sounds best has hyperthreading and is a dual core just like the G3220. the apu is also upgradable but will be weaker but still wont bottleneck. the i3>apu unless overclocked heavily.

i3 is just better out of it. the r9 270 is what i would recommend in the 100$ range and will provide a smooth experience with ultra and 50fps+ of course they have r9 280 for 199$ which is great but thats 50$ more so you can decide. 750ti is weaker than a r9 270 and is same price
