Hmmm, at that resolution, I'd probably look at a Pentium G3258 and overclock the snot out of it, paired with a R7 250X or R7 260. What motherboard do you have, or will you get? Overclocked, the Pentium should be able to beat an i3, or locked i5; I'm not sure an unlocked i5 will fit in your budget.
