Ive read alot about ocing this cpu and gpu but I would like someone to help me step by step maybe over skype or something and I will tip you money for your time.

If you are interested I will show you my entire build and add you on skype!!!

Youtube. Also if you have one of those new Z97 chipsets they have very easy one button push overclocking right there in windows. Just make sure you have a good Cooler attached to the CPU decent PSU and you are good to go.

start small going up once monitor temps run prime 95 while monitoring temps check for stability and move on if you wish.

Ok just use Youtube, How to overclock 4690k and gigabyte z97 gaming 5. WIth the motherboard came a CD that has software on it. In this software is literally the easiest way ever to OC your cpu Trick is to make sure it is keeping cool. As long as you have everything installed properly you should be good to go.

I understand you being nervous and you fear damaging your components. Watch some videos it will put you at ease on how easy it is.
