bet you can build a rig for medium game and for 3d/video rendering just for 800$-850$

im planning to build my rig for medium process rendering for 3ds max, adobe photoshop rendering, adobe after effects/sony vegas pro,paint tool sai and for medium gaming (i want to play at medium/recommended settings for the latest games)

this is my starting rig i will build it just for surfing internet and playing dota 2 just for now only try to make it $500, maybe next month or earlier i can afford hdd,cooler and gpu to complete my rig so ican use it fully for rendering and games.

CPU = Intel core i5 4590
Mobo = no idea
ram = ripjaw? 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 CL9 or maybe 4gbx1 then add later with 8gbx1
ssd = cruxial mx100 120gb
Psu = seasonic
casing = i want a unique look transparent on side casing, i prefer white casing (just for $60below)

after a month or maybe earlier i will complete my rig with these
GPU= geforce gtx 750 ti .i heard palit is very unreliable when it comes on durability(is it true?) im setting $200 or lower for gpu
cooler = cm hyper evo
HDD = 1 tb for storage

I have no idea when it comes on MoBo and how to pick psu (if you can explain it. thanks)

1.remember $500 just for a cpu that i can surf for atleast (now)
2.then $300-$350 to complete my rig like gpu cooler and hdd (for next month and earlier)
3.then after i complete my rig i will save money for upgrading led 16'' to 20'', razer bundles(keyboards+mouse+headset) with lights on keyboard another $300 (for the 2nd month)

If you don't want to overclock, no need to bother with the "K" series or a "Z" class motherboard. The letters each represent a different chipset that a motherboard utilizes, they differ in quality and features. "z" is normally the highest.

Recommend you stick with the 8GB instead of 4, but you can drop down initially if you prefer. As for a non-overclocking build, try this:

This is just a little bit over-budget, but believe me, it is worth it.

This is the initial build that will be needed to be upgraded later, with that additional $300 being put towards a good GPU and some extra storage. That i5 is the "k" edition, which means it is capable of overclocking, and that MSI MOBO is a Z97 chipset, meaning it is capable of overclocking that chip. I opted for 1 x 8GB of memory so that the rest of the slots remain free, and you can add another 8GB stick later. (16GB is recommended for rendering anyway.)

You're gonna have to run off of the 64GB SSD initially, as well as the integrated Intel HD graphics, but it can be done. You'll also want to get a decent cooler so you can properly overclock that i5.

The PSU isn't the best, but for the budget it's what I could do. Corsair makes a good quality product but the CX is their lowest and cheapest option. Still solid of course, guaranteed not to explode, but gets a little iffy if you push it past 80% power draw. (This build draws 172w as it sits, all depends on the GPU you get. Should be fine.)

wow thanks for that info
i will not overclock . do i need to overclock? i will not take hi 3d rendering processing. just a medium
what is diferrence of e b h & z series . really dunno
i dont need ood or if i need maybe i can but later
i have an os here win 7 pro so i will no longer to buy os

this MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 is ranging $110 here in philippines but other components is same price

Less capable, but overall cheaper, and should still suit your needs.
