So I upgraded my case because I had a crappy mini tower. So I upgraded to the NZXT Phantom 240. I have installed everything correctly and I have gone through the complete "Computer won't boot" troubleshooting thread. The only new part besides the case that I am using is a new PSU. It's a 650W Modular PSU, and I tested it yesterday and it passed the paper clip test just fine, so I know that is not the problem.
When I try to turn the computer on (by either using the power switch or crossing the two PWR pins on the mobo) The computer turns on for half a second (I see CPU and PSU fans move) and then immediately shuts off. So my theory was that something was shorting the Mobo but I made sure there are standoffs and doesn't look like there was anything shorting it...
So.... What could the problem be o.o?
