New Build for gaming plus dev work- Please help

Hi - looking to create a new build after a really long time. Can you please help? I will mostly be using it for dev work incl data analytics, light graphics work, and gaming. Key for me is at least 16GB ram and reasonably stable system that will be on 24/7. Current one has been running for around 8 years 24/7, bar some downtime for upgrades.

Please suggest graphics card and memory. I am willing to pay premium for an excellent PSU that will not give me trouble.

It looks good but i would go with a quality Gigabyte or ASUS Motherboard if u plan to run it 24/7. And im not sure what your dev work and graphics work involve but you may need an i7 to get peak performance the i5 is perfectly capable in games though.

Changed the PSU due to brand preferance, the Corsair AX 760 is made using the Seasonic X 760 as it's OEM so might as well grab the Seasonic.

Another option for the GPU is the R9 290 or R9 280x. R9 290 would be more powerful than either the 280x or the gtx 770. Wasn't sure if you had a brand preference for the GPU.
