After install the new power supply computer don't start. It has only one LED light up with initial J53 on the corner of the motherboard. Try to use a different power supply from an old computer that has the power supply connection for regular hard disk, not as the new computer with SATA connection, but this power supply seam to start the computer??? why new one doesn't? Can be broken from factory?? any suggestions? fix other computers before but this case never happen.

Thank you

Your PSU is probably/definitely defective. I would suggest you to RMA/return it and get a new one and GET ONE FROM A REPUTABLE BRAND (XFX, Seasonic, Corsair, etc).

Could be a faulty drive. Hope you got the receipt . Other wise you have over lodded your power supply. ( you have a under powered power supply) how many volts is it and what are your pc specs.
Go into the bios and cheak the voltage of the power supply
