Weird CPU usage. Help

Hi this is my First post, I have been reading alot of reviews ect on this site but i never had a reason to create a post until now.

It happen today after i was look to stream an ep of supernatural. I got a blue screen and after i did a windows update.

However that when i notice weird cpu usage. it was avg around 50-60, with temp around 50c... this was ever strange since it is usually alot lower in usage and temp. Even stranger when i open task manager it shows everything normal...

My sys spec include..: i5 4670k and 4gb of ram. No graphic card atm.. cant afford one. and my board is a mis h97 gaming 3.. (budget build)

can you guys help me find the problem thanks. will post anything need to help.

Did you scan for malware? There are stuff that can take control of your PC...

when in task manager, make sure you select all processes from all users. hopefully this will show you what is gobbling up those cpu cycles.

Those are some pictures that shows the weird problem. and yes i did run a fully virus check came back with nothing.
As you can see as i close of task manager the cpu usage rises...

Did you do a virus check or a malware check? Malware tend to hide from antiviruses...
Try Malwarebytes.

I did the check with Malwarebytes can it came back with nothing

I believe its a System.exe that causing the high usage..

Perhaps it was the update that caused it. Try to rollback your system to the point before installing the update. Or, you might have set the Minimum CPU Usage in Power Options to 100% (even though I did that and it doesn't affect me).
