I've always found this problem quite annoying. When I start my PC, it shows a blank screen where it should show "DEL to enter BIOS" And the bootlogo. However unlike most people with this problem, my card (Radeon HD 7770) actually boots to Windows! Somehow I monkied around with the settings and ended up figuring it out one day, however its back to not showing it. Its very frustrating and I've tried searching all over this place but nobody has the same problem as me. For them its that they can't boot to windows however I can, it's the BIOS and bootlogo I can't see. All I get there is a blank screen, UNTIL Windows comes up. I'm on windows 8, and as for the mobo, its an Acer I know that.

EDIT:
I CAN get to BIOS and boot logo via the onboard GPU :)

Whats going on is the onboard gpu has been set as the primary video device in the bios. Enter bios(monitor plugged into the onboard gpu) and disable the onboard gpu or set the primary graphics device to peg (pci-e graphics). save the settings and exit, then plug the monitor into the video card.
