Hi, thanks for the advice everyone. I changed the mobo, power supply and case as suggested by Josese. I stood with the video card b/c the user really wants to stick with nvidia. Again thanks for the help !!!!

modified it with a better powersupply the rm series is plagued with problems. thermpaste already comes with cooler.

and the motherboard is ok got u one just as good but 40$ cheaper
